Hi everyone,

Well, I thought I write this down to;
A. get it out of my head
and
B. hope that my friend Shane will read this and give my a sign as to if he's angry at me or not. :fingercrossed:

This may sound cliche, but it all started yesterday...

My parents and I had just got back after shopping, and before then I had already reseved a cal from a friend of mine who was having guy problems.
After we got back, the main thing I had on my mind was my homework and my singing practise, naturally, because this is the last week and I had a assement the neek day.
I had arrived home only about five secounds or so when my mobile rang, it was a friend of mine; Sabina.
Now, (I'll try not to bore you with the details) a few months ago my best friend, Shane, was living with Sabina and her family, but as off the beginning of the month, he upped and left due to disagreements.
She was trying to get a hold of Shane because, as she told me, a family memeber of his is in hospital.

(he knew this of course. He told me, that Sabina had said to him that the family member had a fit or sesure. But he also told me that he checked with the hospital and that said it was nothing serious.)

Sabina asked me to call him up and tell him this - At which I was not happy to do. I didn't think he would listen when he would hear this was news from a person he didn't trust anymore (Sabina).
He didn't. He just said he didn't trust Sabina and want nothing more to do with her or her family.
Well, once I told Sabina this- OH BOY! This is where it becomes a pain in the ear - HSe start saying alsorts of things, how he wasn't getting on well in the first place, how her brother was helping him with everything, (I would go into details, but I'd rather not embarass him or spread his whole personal life over the web! You guys can understand and respect that, right? )
Anyway, My parents could see me having a hard time on the phone, and were saying what I was already thinking - "You've got home work".

To all those who are reading this with compassion: I know it may sound selfish to be thinking about my homework at this point, but I ask you to keep this in mind:
My friends (these guys in particual) have a lot to deal with and some of the issues are between these guys. In the past, when my best friend has had troubles, I've been there for him, and helped him in the best way that I can, but when the drama pops up, oh boy! That's a whole different type of fish! Though I have tried helping in the best way I can, when it comes to the drama in his life, I get stuck in the middle of it, and I could spend hours thinking of what to do, but, lets face it, I don't have all the answers, (Though sometimes I like to think I do) and I don't know what to do!

In the end, I decided I had my responsablities to contend with, and Sabina would have to sort this one on her own, so... I did something that SHane wouldn't, didn't want me to do in the first place: I give her his number.
And now, I worried because I think he'll know I give it to her and all I can think is "Is his angry with me and will hate me or ever speak to me again"
He might do, but let's just put it this way, he has never taken kindly to traitors.
I hope he doesn't see me as that though. He one of the most important people in my life and... I jsut hope if he read this that, well, let me say it:-
Shane! I'm sorry, it was a moment of weakness and I'm only human! and I hope that you guys realise it's not fair to put someone in the middle like this. I'm sorry but what ever issues you have with each other, you're just going to have to sort them out between you. I can help by listening, giving you advise, if you'll take it, but I do have my own life, and I'm not a carrier pigeon!

On the brighter side of things, my assessment today went well, and, FOR ONCE, I got all of the written work that goes with the assessment in on the day! YEP PEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry for dumping all of this onto my DA friends, but I wrote this, as I said, to get it off my chest, and in small hope that Shane will read it, and forgive me!!
